Privacy

Alles Fashion is in development. This notice describes what this website collects today, how it is used and how long it is kept. Features of the planned app are described separately below.

Who we are

This website is operated by Alles Fashion Inc. Our mailing address is 4464 Lone Tree Way #2048, Antioch, CA 94531-7413, United States. For anything privacy-related you can email support@allesfashion.com.

Age requirement

The waitlist and early testing are for people aged 18 and over. When you sign up you confirm you are 18 or older, and we record that confirmation and its date. People who have not confirmed this are not invited to early testing.

What we collect

  • Your email address, which you give us when you join the waitlist.
  • Your first name, if you choose to enter it. It is optional.
  • Your answers to the optional questionnaire shown after signup. Every question can be left blank, and skipping it does not affect your place on the waitlist.
  • For signups made before founding-creator applications opened that came through our former creator link, a note that you were interested as a creator. We do not hold social profiles for those signups.
  • If you apply as a founding creator: your name, email address and the Instagram, TikTok or X handles you enter. We store only the handle, not the link you typed, and we don’t connect to or download anything from your accounts. A creator application is separate from the waitlist.
  • Referral details: your own random referral code, which person’s link you joined with (fixed at signup), and when you confirmed your email. To stop the same address earning credit twice, we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of each referred email address, not the address itself.
  • Your optional development-updates choice, your age confirmation, and the dates of both.
  • Messages you send us by email, and what you choose to include in them.
  • If you request a demo: your email address, the reason you submit, and the request date, for individual review.

How we use it

  • To send a receipt about your own waitlist signup, creator application or demo request. Your waitlist signup is complete when your form submission is accepted; no email confirmation is required. These transactional receipts do not depend on opting in to development updates.
  • To send development updates and early-access invitations, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To work out your waitlist place: your join order, moved up by up to 5 places for each new person who joins with your link and confirms their email. Places can change as others earn referrals, and a better place doesn’t guarantee access or a date. Only you can see your place, through your private status link; we never show other people’s places or contact details. Joining without email verification does not grant verified referral rewards or unlock verified referral sharing.
  • To review founding-creator applications and contact applicants who may be a fit.
  • We contact you about early testing only if you select Yes. Leaving the question unanswered does not opt you in. An unanswered question is stored as unanswered — it is not recorded as a Yes or a No.
  • To understand what people want help with, so we can shape the product. Answers are not sent to an AI service and are not used to build a style profile.
  • To answer your questions and handle your requests.

Joining does not create an account, and launching the app will not create one, renew your signup, or reuse your questionnaire answers for another purpose.

Email and Brevo

We use Brevo as our email provider. Receipts for new waitlist signups, creator applications and demo requests are sent through Brevo from hello@allesfashion.com, with replies going to support@allesfashion.com. Brevo receives your email address and the message content to deliver them. Each includes an unsubscribe link. Only new submissions accepted after receipt sending is activated are eligible; earlier submissions are not emailed retrospectively. Suppressed addresses are not emailed. Applicant receipts are currently paused pending activation; this does not affect signup completion.

We also send our own team inbox, hello@allesfashion.com, a short internal notice through Brevo for each new signup, creator application or demo request. It contains the submission type, your email address, your name if given, the submission time, creator profile links or the demo reason as applicable. A waitlist notice notes that questionnaire answers may arrive later, but never includes those answers or triggers another email for them. It is used only to keep track of new submissions.

Signups made before welcome emails were switched on do not receive one. The current website does not send questionnaire answers to Brevo, and waitlist contacts are not copied into a Brevo contact list. If we later keep a contact list in Brevo, we will update this notice first to say exactly which details are included.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details — email, optional name and signup preferences are kept for up to 24 months from signup. Staying longer requires you to renew explicitly. Opening an email, visiting this website, or our own internal updates do not extend it. When renewal is offered, we record the date and the wording you agreed to.
  • Questionnaire answers — kept in an identifiable form for up to 12 months from when you send them. After that they are deleted, or kept only as genuinely anonymous combined findings with no free text and no link back to your signup. Editing an answer does not restart that 12-month period.
  • Founding-creator applications — kept for up to 24 months from when you apply, then deleted automatically.
  • Referral fingerprints — kept for 24 months, then deleted automatically. If a signup is deleted and the same address rejoins within that period, no new referral credit is given for it.
  • Spam-prevention counters — to limit repeated signups and emails, we count attempts using a scrambled fingerprint of your connection and of email addresses (we don't store your IP address). These counters are deleted within 2 days.
  • Support conversations — messages sent to support@allesfashion.com are kept in our email inbox, not on this website. We review the inbox manually each month and delete resolved conversations 12 months after they are resolved. This is a manual process, not an automatic one.
  • Unsubscribe records — if you unsubscribe we keep the minimum needed to make sure you are not contacted again by mistake, kept apart from active contacts and from questionnaire answers, reviewed periodically and kept only while it is still needed for that purpose.

We delete things sooner when the reason for holding them ends, or when a valid deletion request requires it. If something has to be kept longer — an unresolved issue or a legal obligation — that exception is limited, written down, restricted to the people who need it, and given a review date.

Backups. Our hosting platform takes daily backups of the database and keeps them for a limited period, generally up to about 14 days. A record deleted from the live database may remain in those backups until they expire. Backups are not used to contact you. If a backup is ever restored, we first review it and re-apply any deletion and unsubscribe requests made since it was taken, before the affected data is used again or any emails resume. This is a manual review, not an automatic one.

Unsubscribing versus deletion

Unsubscribing stops waitlist emails but keeps a small suppression record so you are not added back by accident. Each welcome email includes an unsubscribe link that opens a page where you confirm the request; you can also email support@allesfashion.com. Deletion removes your waitlist record and any questionnaire answers linked to it; to request it, email support@allesfashion.com. Tell us which you want.

Who can see it

Waitlist details and questionnaire answers are stored privately. Visitors to this website cannot list signups, read answers, change anyone else's record, or run the deletion process. Answers are linked to your signup on our server only — no email address or record identifier is placed in a web address.

Hosting, fonts, browser storage and logs

  • This website and its database run on Lovable Cloud. The database is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the US East (Ohio) region, so information you give us is stored in the United States, including if you write to us from outside the United States.
  • Like most websites, the hosting platform keeps technical logs of requests to the site and its server functions, which can include details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We have not been given a fixed period for how long the platform keeps these logs.
  • The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
  • We have not added advertising or analytics tools to this website, and it does not set cookies of its own.
  • Your signup details and questionnaire answers are not saved in your browser. While you fill in a form, what you type is held only in the page's temporary memory, so refreshing or closing the page clears anything not yet sent. The website keeps your scroll position in your browser's session storage while the tab is open; it contains no personal details.

Planned app features

This website does not ask for your location, does not use a weather service and does not send your information to an AI service. The app we are building is planned to offer features such as optional precise location for weather-aware styling and AI styling help. How that information would be handled will be described before those features launch.

Your requests

Email support@allesfashion.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, to unsubscribe, or to have it deleted. If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
